Description

Exceedingly spectacular and huge species named after famed broadcaster and naturalist Sir David Attenborough. This species is categorised under the IUCN Red List as Critically Endangered (CR), since from the time of its discovery in 2007, wild populations were found to be barely sustainable. Ex-situ conservation work is likely to play an important role in its long-term survival.
